About Martin

My name is Martin Daubney.
I am the founder of clear your head to get ahead program. I am coach and consultant with decades of experience in teaching, training, and coaching.

I guide individuals and businesses towards their  aspirations, attain positive change and thrive.

I provide management consultancy, coaching , and corporate training.

Before launching on the coaching market in 2012 I had spent all my working life as an employee, mostly in the pharmaceutical sector. I’ve experience in sales and marketing, and then moved in to internal communications (PR for employees) with extensive knowledge from working in R&D, Late Stage Development, & Production and Supply churning out newsletters that no on wanted to read (and still don’t).

There were times in this journey that I trained people on the tools and systems we used, and even did onboarding presentations for new recruits.
